• All products provided are guaranteed for a 15-year warranty, contingent upon proper installation and usage in accordance with our installation guidelines.

2. Pricing and Payment Terms

• The pricing for our products is clearly stated on the invoice at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, except for confirmed orders.
• Payment is due before delivery unless otherwise agreed upon. We offer various payment options, including bank transfers and mobile payments

3. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are provided at the time of order, and we strive to meet these deadlines. However, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, transport strikes, or natural disasters.
• The delivery depend on the size of the order and delivery location, and customers will be informed before finalizing the order.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is accessible and that someone is available to receive the goods.

4. Warranty and Product Guarantee

• Crystal Mabati Factory Ltd. offers a 15-year warranty on roofing materials against manufacturing defects, under the condition that the products are installed correctly and maintained according to our guidelines.
• The warranty covers defects in material but excludes damage caused by improper use, installation, maintenance, or external factors such as weather damage.
• Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase, and the customer must notify Crystal Mabati Factory Ltd. within 30 days of discovering the defect.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Non-defective items are non-returnable unless otherwise specified.
• For exchanges, the customer is responsible for any additional costs arising from the exchange process, including shipping or restocking fees.

6. Installation Services

• Crystal Mabati Factory Ltd. offers professional installation services, which are subject to availability and are provided at an additional cost.
• We recommend using our certified installation team for optimal product performance and warranty coverage. If the customer chooses a third-party installer, the warranty may be affected.

7. Liability

• Crystal Mabati Factory Ltd. is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the misuse or improper installation of our products.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased products and does not extend to any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• We collect and store personal information provided by customers for order processing, communication, and marketing purposes. All personal data is protected under applicable privacy laws.
• We do not share or sell customer data to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Termination and Suspension of Services

• Crystal Mabati Factory Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service or agreement with customers who violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent activities.

10. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.  Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.

• Crystal Mabati Factory Ltd. reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers, and the updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website.
